Starbucks: Union Buster.
Authoritarian Enabler.

This May Day — drive up, speak up, drive away.
Workers Over Billionaires
Starbucks made $10 billion in net profit in FY2025 — while signing ZERO collective bargaining agreements with its unions and lending its brand to an authoritarian agenda.
Today, we use our wallets to say:
Get to the bargaining table. Withdraw support for authoritarianism.
HOW
How
How to Participate
  1. 1Drive to your local Starbucks.
  2. 2Pull up and place an order.
  3. 3At the pickup window, tell the worker: "I changed my mind about this purchase."
  4. 4Hand them the statement card.
  5. 5Drive away. They make the drink. They pour it out. Cash drawer empty. Tip jar full.
Most boycotts are invisible. This one costs Starbucks money and delivers your message directly — every single time.

WHY
Why
Bad for Workers.
Bad for Democracy.
Labor first: Starbucks has crushed union rights, blocked contracts, and pocketed billions while baristas fight for basic benefits and job security.

Democracy second: Starbucks is actively lending its brand and resources to an authoritarian political agenda. A company with this power has a responsibility it is choosing to ignore.
WHAT
What
You Heard They Unionized.
Here's the Rest.
That's only half the story. Starbucks refused to negotiate.

560+ US stores voted to unionize. Contracts signed with workers: ZERO.
In Chile: 176 Starbucks locations, all with active contracts. Same company. It's a choice.
WHEN
When
May Day — & Every Day After
May Day 2026
Starts May 1st — but doesn't stop there. Do it alone, do it with others. Do it once or do it every time you pass a Starbucks. Every single drive-through is a vote.

Let workers know they are not alone.
